Does the 25% apply to all shutter styles?
Yes — the discount applies across the full range: full height, café style, tier-on-tier, solid panel, shaped, and tracked door shutters. All materials (MDF, hardwood, ABS polymer, faux wood) are included. The only exclusion is any other promotional pricing already applied to an order.
Is fitting included at the discounted price?
Yes. Our prices always include professional fitting by our own team — the 25% discount applies to the full package, not just the materials. The price you're quoted at survey is the price you pay. There are no fitting charges added on afterwards.
How long is the offer available for?
The 25% offer is available for a limited period. We don't run artificial countdown timers, but it is a genuine time-limited promotion. To guarantee the discount, book your free survey while the offer is live — the price quoted at survey locks in the 25% regardless of when fitting is scheduled.
Is the survey really free with no obligation?
Yes. Our surveyor will visit, take all measurements, and give you a fixed price with the 25% applied. There's no obligation to proceed and no follow-up pressure. Plenty of customers use the survey to get a firm number before deciding — that's completely fine.

We cover the North East and North West of England. If you're not sure whether we reach your postcode, use our service area checker on the website or call us directly and we'll confirm straight away.
Can I combine this with the Express Shutters service?
Yes — if you choose faux wood shutters through our Express service, the 25% discount applies. You'd get shutters measured, made, and fitted within two weeks at 25% off. Mention both when you book your survey and we'll confirm pricing on the day.
